"They deserve 0 stars. The workers (I wouldn't call them mechanics) are dishonest and disrespectful. They have know clue what they are doing they installed a starter for a jet-ski incorrectly and charged 600 dollars in labor for in all reality 100-200 dollars worth of labor. Do not go here! You will get scammed and your machine will break."
"Worst experience I have had ever with local shop, and I try to support our local shops. I bought my Jet Ski from them and was happy previously with storing my jet ski there. Last year I picked it up and noted a big charge at pickup, and they said they changed plugs. Not thinking too much about it, returned this year for storage. Upon pick up noted a bigger charge and told again changed spark plugs. Oh by the way my ski has less than 40 hours on it total. When query them about why again and what else they did, was treated very poorly and watched the owner tear my cover more after it was torn by them--granted it was aging cover but the disrespect for someone who had already paid his bill was astonishing. So, I took it home and pulled the plugs, guess what not new, and still had fogging oil on it, so they didn't even run it. For future customers beware of the $314 dollar winterization followed by a $174 charge in the spring for not really anything but words like "we changed spark plugs and ran it" when they really didn't. Gave owner another chance to make it right following being lied to and got even more heated "customer appreciation." Good luck with this approach for folks who have bought and returned year after year as customers. THINK TWICE, MAYBE THREE TIMES BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!"

From purchasing a new sled to extensive accident repairs - I was overly impressed with the knowledge, efficiency and communication I received.
