"I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Domino's carside pickup service. Initially, the order process was fairly quick, although the delivery was delayed beyond the promised time. However, the automated system graciously offered a free pizza to compensate for the inconvenience. Despite the delay, I proceeded to collect my order, tipping 15% in cash upon arrival. Unfortunately, upon arriving home and distributing the food, I discovered a missing item from my order: pepperoni bread. Upon notifying the staff via the issue with the order button, I was instructed to call the store directly. Upon calling and explaining the situation to a staff member named Joshua, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. Despite providing the order number and insisting on the missing item, Joshua initially denied its existence. Only after repeated insistence and providing the order number again did he acknowledge the missing item. However, upon returning to the store to address the issue further, Joshua's attitude took a turn for the worse. He displayed a disrespectful and confrontational demeanor, escalating the situation unnecessarily. Despite my attempts to resolve the matter calmly, words were exchanged, and the situation devolved to the point where law enforcement was called. Feeling unfairly treated and unable to tolerate such appalling customer service, I made the decision to sever ties with Domino's. It is regrettable that what should have been a simple resolution to a missing item escalated to such extremes."

"My last two orders have been massively messed up. The first time I called the store and the kid that I dealt with was extremely rude and we never got a refund for over $20 worth of items. This time two out of three pizzas were wrong and I’m going straight to corporate because the people that work there literally do not care about the quality or customer service at all. The cost of gas in my time are not worth going back, and they refuse to make it right. Their stuff is way too expensive for them to screw it up and take your money and not give you a refund when they mess up. I’m so done with this store!"

"Krista the one that was prepping my food at 11:17am on Lincoln Way west South Bend. Was very rude to me and the other man that had placed an order. She had said that she doesn't know how to make the pizza and yet has a key to open the store? Plus her name was on my tracker. She finally picked the phone up after 30 minutes because I wanted my money back. She said, I spoke with my manager and I already refunded the monies back...I asked her, "so what happens if the money doesn't show back up on my gift card?" I then asked her what were her managers names-she refused to tell me and then said, that I will be giving the managers your name and telling them that you were being rude to me. I laughed and asked her how? When I first called-she had lied to me and even hung up the phone on me. I called back because I wanted my money back -because I have to be at work. Plus get my children something to eat before I leave. Anyway, she should not work there, because she lies to the customer and is blatantly rude."

"Yes I am very disappointed in this location. At 8 o’clock in the morning on Saturday, 12/4/21, I placed an order for pick up at 1:45 PM, same day, for 12 pizzas. Four cheese, four pepperoni, and four sausage. The manager immediately called back to cancel the order as there was supposedly no one working between 12 and 2 PM that day. So I called at 10:30 AM when they opened to place a fake order because I felt like the manager was lying. Sure enough they were going to take my order for my fake eight pizzas. So I explain to the manager I was talking to that I was highly upset with the customer service, the lies, and not only that but my pizzas were burnt when I picked them up. I picked up my pizzas at 2 PM. 15 minutes after I was supposed to get them because I was already running late for my son‘s birthday. When I got to the hotel where my son was having his fourth birthday party, people were already to eat. They picked through the pizza that was not burnt. When I called back as soon as I could at 5 PM, after his party, they told me they could not refund me or help me out. That I should’ve brought the pizzas back right away. I explained I’ve been in customer service for a long time and the way they were treating me was not right. This issue was not resolved at all. I will not be going back to this location. And I expect someone to fire this manager. This is absurd. I have been in food and retail customer service for over 15 years and I have never been lied to or had such bad customer service. I have attached some pictures of how bad the pizza was. No one go here!!!"
