"If I could give zero stars, I would. Gerber had our 2016 Ford F-150 for body work due to hitting a deer. They would update us on Tuesday and Thursdays, however, their updates were never accurate, they were actually LIES! They told us multiple times parts were ordered, engine was ordered, one time they even told us our vehicle was at a different mechanic, called the other shop and they didn’t have the vehicle or any idea about it. After THREE months of run around, we found out in fact NOTHING had been ordered and no work was completed. Called corporate and was told someone would contact us within 24 hours due to the poor customer service, and no one ever reached out. It was such poor communication and customer service that our insurance company paid for our vehicle to be towed elsewhere. Within TWO WEEKS this other mechanic was FINISHED with engine. I would never trust or recommend Gerber to anyone."
