She helped me starting with a phone call I made and then in person when I made the hour long drive. Very helpful and knowledgeable. "I have had two great experiences so far with this company. The first was purchasing a gently used washing machine... it was a great price and a great experience overall. The delivery and take away and purchase was affordable and convenient.The second experience was a quick and convenient fix for my relatively new (Nov. '20) oven. I was surprised it was not covered under warranty, and this company made it affordable and easy to diagnose and fix."
