"Updated after pick up: Cleanest body shop i have ever seen. Very nice employees. Owner came out of office to shake my hand and walked my damaged vehicle with my wife. Very professional and personable. Place was very busy but well organized. Looking forward to my car being promptly repaired and looking as good as new. Update: It did take a few months due to parts. All communication through process was professional and complete. Pick up was smooth. Every employee we interacted with was friendly and customer focused. From owner to guy moving cars on the full lot. How all businesses should be run."

They dealt with all the paperwork and estimating so that I got a satisfactory outcome from Geico. "Although the people at Lake Area Collision are very friendly and professional, I have found their exorbitant lead-times and follow up to be lacking. I brought my car in for an estimate on 8/29/23 and after waiting approximately 45 minutes past my appointment time, I met with an estimator who evaluated the damage on a rear door and quarter panel. He said the shop was booked through mid-November! 12 weeks before I could even bring my car in for repair! He indicated that he would finish the estimate and email it to me as soon as he could. He mentioned that he had some vacation time off the following week but would still get the estimate to me ASAP. As I write this review 4 weeks later, I still have not received anything from Lake Area Collision. 10 days later I took my car to Fletch's Collision and the car was repaired perfectly in 6 days."
