"I started all of my contracts in Traverse city michigan. I have gotten the run around from day 1 from this company. I was supposed to have a brand new sectional and a brand new fire place TV stand. That was in Sept of 2022. It's August of 23 now and still have old , used dirty furniture and a broken TV stand . Which yes we agreed to " borrow " those items until ours came in which never happened. Haven't had any better experience with the Petoskey store either. It's a constant run around. They were supposed to pick my TV stand up and deliver a PS5 I ended up driving clear to Petoskey to pick it up myself. I'm considering returning everything I've contracted through them and going somewhere else. DONT RECOMMEND."
"Couple things. The rude lady that works there came to my house when I didn't owe a payment for another month. Then she saved a card on file without my permission and they charged the card without my knowledge, I specifically said don't save this card, not once but 2 times in the same day when I don't even owe a payment. Shady. The lady that works there Gina I think her name is is absolutely crazy! Talks bad about customers in front of people and is just rude for no reason."
