"Awesome experience. Called 2 others before working with Stops. The other 2 HVAC companies both showed up and both said they needed more resources (a second tech, etc). My furnace is in the attic with extremely tight confines. Neither company followed up or attempted to reschedule the appointment and just left me without a plan or communication they didn’t want to do the work. Contacted Stops who worked efficiently and thoroughly to service the furnace, install an ecobee thermostat and even helped with a very difficult (due to slope of attic and lack of adequate working space) bathroom fan replacement. Techs were knowledgeable, courteous and honest about plans for if/when the furnace breaks again or needs to be replaced. Thanks!"
