"A guy from this company showed up at our house to provide a quote for replacing a water heater. He spent about 10 minutes assessing the situation, did a quotation, and charged us $150 for the 10 minutes. This definitely feels like a business that is trying to rip us off. We didn't use this company to replace the water heater. Stay far away from this company if you do not want to be ripped off."

"Out thermostat had gone out and was out of town came back to frozen pipes frozen everything. This was the ONLY company to answer to an emergency call William came out on a Saturday and got most repaired so we at least had some water use.Thank goodness for William and for a company that actually has someone on call for emergency situations!! Way to go Patrick’s Plumbing!"

"I had my furnace cleaned from this company. They were good at letting you know when they will show up. When they came out to clean the furnace the guy adjusted the pilot light and then it kept going out but they came back the next day and fixed it for free. I would highly recommend this company."
