"If you want your dirty, white sneakers to come back looking whiter than brand new veneers, then you HAVE to go to the Shoe Doctor! I brought them my sad lookin' Converse - no longer white after having worn them everyday while traveling, trudging through vineyards - and presto: they came back good as new. "Went to this business for heel taps to "support black business" and the guy who came to the counter saw the bag in my hand and said, WITHOUT GREETING ME, "we don't do repairs...(follow me here) 'iown' know what to tell you." Like ANY Doctor, if you had a specialty, shouldn't your advertisement say as much??? It's "shoe doctor" NOT SNEAKER DOCTOR. "We only do gym shoes" he adds. What's worse--in my attempt to support black business, I begged the man to allow me to use the restroom because I'm a woman over a particular age with urgent needs. He flatly told me "naw, I cain't do dat." Even Jesus said that it's better to ignore the law if it means helping someone in distress. Needless to say, my entry into the house was as equally unpleasant as my experience at this place. He even had the audacity to say that I should have called THE SHOE DOCTOR first to ask if they did repairs...no business acumen whatsoever. As I like to say, customer service is a great experience, not a department. This place is lacking both!!"
"I was in town for the weekend and dropped off 2 pairs of sneakers. They looked brand new when I picked them up. The staff was courtesy and inviting. I definitely recommend and will go back the next time I'm in town! Thank you Shoe Doctor!‼️‼️‼️"
"At my husband's request, I dropped off a pair of his white sneakers for cleaning. The staff member was very nice and fully explained what would be done to the shoes. The results were fantastic and my husband has referred several of his friends to this business. The fee was very reasonable."
"They charged me $60 a pair for my shoes to look like this!! I only wire both pair one time I just needed a little touch up! Never again will I spend my hard earned money at this place again! Then all the lady told not once but 3 times “ We scrub the shoe !” Lady I could’ve have done this myself for free!"
