"Highly disappointed as this is the second time experiencing an issue with an online purchase to be picked up in store. The associates at this location knowledge to assist with issues is subpar. I will no longer use in store pick up from this location."

"Girl showing us to a changing room had such a bad attitude. Guy at the till lied about getting our mobile number to used for purchase. If these people are not customers facing types put them in the store room out of sight."

"After waiting in line for more than a half hour the cashier was not very happy to help us. We were trying to do an even exchange for a pair of cheer shorts that were a gift. They were the same exact shorts we just needed one size smaller. Since they were a gift we didn’t have the receipt with us but they still had all the tags on them. They charged me almost $7 to exchange the shorts even though the tags were labeled with the exact same price."

"When I entered the store, no one spoke. Everyone just looked at me and kept walking. I did eventually ask for assistance. I was pointed into a direction I was not taken to the area where the item I was looking for was located. I walked pass two female employees they just looked at me and kept walking. No one greeted me or asked if I needed any help. I finally had to ask for help from one of the three people that were standing right next to me who didn’t even acknowledge me until I asked for help, we’re very rude. The guy who assisted me put no effort into helping me find the item I was looking for, he was very nasty. His go to phrase was, “like I said”. I will never enter this location again. Not one staff member was welcoming."

"The young gentleman in the shoes department were very nice and helpful. You need more people like him, deserves a raise!!! On the other hand the woman up front were extremely rude. I ask the woman who appeared nice if she new how long it takes for order pick up to be ready and I was wrong, she was so rude!!! She said with an attitude well it talks 15 to 30 minutes for it to even drop into our system, as if we knew that. Then kept saying something about the radio. I was confused as to why she was talking down to us as if we were bothering her by asking a question. I just don’t understand why people are so rude for no reason. If you go to this location stay away for these employees. Grab what you need and leave. It’s sad that it’s gotten to this point. I walked in there so happy to be treated myself to an expensive pair or shoes and walk out upset with how we were treated."
