"I know i’m not the only person that frequents this beauty supply so they may not even miss my money but when I say i’ve spent thousands at this store throughout the past few years and as soon as I needed to exchange one item ( first time ever asking to exchange and item literally) they tell me no, I get it’s covid and I purchased leggings but there was clear indication I didn’t wear the leggings plus the fact I had JUST purchased them the night before so it’s been less than 24 hours o even had possession of the pants. I won’t be back but had to let you know that “loyalty” program they have doesn’t go beyond the $5 credit u get once in a while"
