Nothing about this place was professional it was dirty and way over priced . You are not allowed to take a picture of anything you are trying on which is so ridiculous. I let you keep your dresses and rude attitude and left. We went to David's bridal instead it was a professional clean atmosphere enjoyable atmosphere. We got an amazing dress for half the price . Lady who owns iris should go sit in David's Bridal to watch and listen to how the staff is so very respectful and kind to customers and also allow us to take pictures of what we try on.."

"Iris of Ferndale Fashions is a fantastic store and the owner, Linda, is even better! I came here with my maid of honor in search of bridesmaid dresses and found a cute shop with lots of options and a store owner that was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Linda knows her stuff dress wise and put me at ease right away. She contacted all 5 of my bridesmaids via phone and worked with the 3 that were out of State. The dresses came in with time to spare and when the company sent the wrong dress for my maid of honor, Linda was on top of it and corrected it immediately. Linda handled all of the alterations and did all 5 in one day. She handled my phone calls and concerns wonderfully and was incredibly pleasant yet assertive. I would recommend anyone to Linda who is planning a wedding. She will put you at ease and will get the job done when it comes to ordering and altering your bridesmaid dresses!"
