"I had a horrific experience here. They misprinted the shirts and got aggressive and defensive when I told them they filled out their OWN paperwork incorrectly. Where it asked for the name of the purchaser, the white woman wrote "Kelly Green," which was supposed to be the color of the lettering. When I pointed out her mistake, she got angry and raised her voice at me. As if she didn't fill out the paperwork herself. Her and the older man who reeked of cigarettes slammed their plexiglass window in my face after snatching the clipboard out of my hands. Overall the customer service was horrible and I will not be returning. There are Black-owned print shops on Livernois, Grand River, etc. please don’t waste your money or time with this business. They thrive on Black dollars but have an apparent disregard for actual Black people. If I could give them LESS than one star, I would. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau."
"Disappointing Experience - Poor Quality and Unhelpful Service My recent experience with 8 mile custom shirts was extremely disappointing. The T-shirt I purchased had terrible quality They should sell the stuff at the gas station the customer service was unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving my concerns. I won't be returning to this company."
"The owner and staff are CLUELESS. Rude, disrespectful and impatient. Time to contact the Better Business Bureau. They're con artists taking people's money...Action must be taken against them so they don't keep stealing peoples money!!! don't believe the positive reviews, they must've paid people to post them.. This store should be shut down immediately."
"I am not satisfied with this company and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and an attorney. Obviously they are lacking in professionalism. They messed up my order and kept my money. Everyone needs to know about these con artists... TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!"
