"I use to love coming here with my mother & grandmother when Lee was still doing nails. Today I made an appt at 2:45 and I told them I needed to be done by 3:55. When I arrived they told me it would be a 30 minute wait. When they lady was doing my pedicure, it was the worst one I’ve ever had. I believe her name was Jenny. (I am so sorry if it wasn’t Jenny but that’s the name the male mentioned) she rushed through the entire thing. Didn’t even scrub the bottoms of my feet thoroughly or lotion. The steam towel was cold. Then she had my take off my own nail polish & I reminded her I needed to be done at 3:55 4pm the latest and it was already 3:38. I told her we could just take the polish off and skin the nail polish because I did not have time. She handed me the cotton ball & acetone and had me remove it myself and then she grabbed her things and literally ran out the door. I guess she had to pick up her children. As a mom of 3 & an Esthetician myself, I understand ALOT of things. And I NEVER make reviews or say anything but this entire experience was horrible from start to finish. I mustered the courage to speak to the gentleman about my experience and he kept brushing me off and over talking me. He literally didn’t want me to get one word in and. I believe it’s because he didn’t want the other customers to hear. I tried explaining that I do not ever make a fuss & I tried speaking low to not draw attention but I was frustrated with the amount of times he cut me off. He said that “next time I shouldn’t book with a nail tech that is in a rush”. I told him how did I have any idea she was in a rush? I called the salon and booked the appt no one ever mentioned the nail tech had someone to be. How about don’t take an appt you know you don’t have time for. As an industry professional myself, that’s a major rule. He said to me “if you not happy just don’t tip her” but I told him that was rude and I am not trying to cause problems but trying to express my frustration. When I asked for a discount on the service that was rushed through, he told me no. I just wanted to pay and get out. When I reached my car, my left big toe was totally smudged. I’m just upset and I will not be back here. Ever."

"My fiancé started bringing me to LP nails and I have never been disappointed. The staff are very pleasant and professional. My nails are always perfection and I never have problems with them once I leave. I can easily go 3-4 weeks in-between a fill and not have any broken nails. Highly recommend this salon."
