"Please be aware that if you purchase anything in this store they DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS! No visible signage was posted that I could see or wasn't told verbally. Seen it on my receipt when we got home & the end of the bulbs are to small for my holders. Make absolutely positively sure you love it or they will do a exchange. The clerk wasn't courteous at all & rude. So sad when business's have got to come to this to earn a living."

"Absolutely terrible! The old man and lady that work there are extremely rude! Worst customer service I've ever seen. They get mad when you even touch the merchandise and they follow you around the store. They also hate children. Wouldn't even give them 1 star."
"The owner or older gentleman that worked there was extremely rude. He felt a need to remind us to “watch our child because if she breaks anything you buy it”. She was by our side the whole time and we were keeping watchful eyes on her. I told him we were watching her and his response was “children shouldn’t be here anyway.” We left the store quickly replacing the candles and decorative wreath we were going to buy."
