"Update #2: The pictures provided are of my 2nd fill. They look even better than the first time. At this point, I will not go anywhere else, or to any other nail technician. An ombre dip requires perfect application. Flaws can't be hidden with polish with this look. They NAILED it...no pun intended. (disregard my sad cuticles...that is my fault. The technician didn't even approach knicking me...and yet application is right up to them ❤️) UPDATE: Went to get my nails filled. This appointment went even BETTER! Careful, meticulous, beautiful application. Very professional and clean salon. Fantastic reviews are why I drove thirty three minutes to try them ... I am glad I did."

"Typically I schedule appointments with Andy or Anna online and have never had an issue but time had gotten away from me this week and I decided to do a walk in on 11/03/2023. I walked away feeling disappointed, and frustrated as I was cut and made to bleed 4-5 separate times during my manicure / dip powder session, also the specific tech who did my nails did not go over the cost until he completed the work which I find unprofessional. (We also had to redo my accent nail twice due to rushing the drying process ) The tech had asked me during my appointment if I liked my nails and I had remember replying with “ I love the color. “ as I was just ready to leave as I was so disappointed and frustrated at this point. I proceeded to let the tech finish despite being anxious that I was going to be cut yet again. And was surprised at check out when he had told me my total was $50. (Even after I had this same exact service done with Andy about 2 weeks prior done for $45) I proceeded to ask the tech “ even though I was cut 4/5 different times “ The tech he smiled and said “yes. “ I replied with “okay, and then asked if he minded filing my nails extra so that the shape was even ?” (I was then rushed back to his station where he didn’t even wait for me to push my chair in. ) Unfortunately after this experience I am unsure if I will be returning ☹️"
