"Don't walk, RUN. Run far from this business. I WAS a happy customer for 5 years, starting at the Allegan location. When I moved to the plainwell location, all things went downhill. I bought a month tanning package, barely got tan. Spent $69 on lotion. When I used the stand up the one time, I got some great color. I showered the next day and the tan washed right off. Never in my years of tanning have I had this happen. I brought the issue to the Manager, she told me she would talk with the owner and get back to me. She never got back to me. I tried calling and went into the salon several times to resolve this issue. I messaged on both of the locations Facebook account. Didn't even receive a response. Called again and caught the owner when she answered the phone, and she said she was aware about everything that had happened. She had not contacted me at all, though. It took me TWO WEEKS to actually hear from the owner, only because I had called yet again. She agreed to meet up with me the next day in person. The next day, she messages me from her personal Facebook account saying she has to reschedule for later that day. I get there, and she arrives 15 minutes late. She then spends the next hour telling me how this whole experience is my fault because of my "make up" of my body. She was rude, disrespectful, and could careless anything that I had to say. She was beyond unprofessional. She didn't talk to me like a customer, nor did she treat me with any respect whatsoever. She was so unkind it was to the point where I was almost in tears. I would never treat another person that way, and definitely not treat a customer that way. Clearly I have wasted hundreds of dollars with this "business." The most unprofessional and beyond rude owners of a business that I have ever dealt with. The owner lacks all common knowledge of what it takes to run a respectable business."

"My only complaint about this place is I just got turned away at 4:47 when they close at 5 for new summer hours and the response was, I actually took my last girls 10 minutes ago. So I’m not sure why they’re open until 5 if they are done working 20 minutes prior.. It seemed more like she didn’t want to do her job or clean another bed since technically they were still open. I’m using the last week of my membership and not going to return. Other than that, this place is staffed with pretty friendly gals and the beds are nothing fancy but get the job done."

"Customer Servicr was great. Stand Unit up she put me in had 12 bulbs out. When I told the receptionist that was answering a call, she shook her head and said I know .This is unacceptable. One bulb is ok, but 12. No wonder they gave 2 free with purchase of 4. Should be 4 free."

"Facility is nice but very poor customer service. Had a package from last year and due to Covid was unable to use the few remaining ones. Called them to use last years visits and sign up for a new package and were told they had expired and nothing could be done. Seems a small price to pay to honor paid in full remaining visits in order to keep additional business for this current year. Not budging on that made it easy to look for another local tanning facility especially considering I had been a client for several years. Won't be back."

"This place used to be great, but seems to have gone down hill. Everytime I go in, the tanner has to be cleaned even though there are two girls just sitting at the counter talking, and the stand ups don't even have anything to hang on to, unless you're tall and can reach the handles connected to the ciling. Never any towels in the rooms anymore either. It doesn't seem as friendly or cleanly as it used to be. I'll fisnish out my visits and most likely go elsewhere."
