"This is the first and last time I would ever go to the salon. I let the girl know I was looking for a new full-time hairdresser and she did nothing to sell me on herself. she used to spray bottle to wet my hair down. Never offering me a shampoo. when she was done, she said, Do you want anything else? And I said, well, could you dry my hair? It's below 0 outside and I really don't wanna catch pneumonia. she proceeded to fluff it a little bit with the hair dryer and dry it. While she was telling me that I shouldn't be charging you for a blowdry, but I won't because I didn't shampoo needless to say when I got home and did my own hair and looked at it. The haircut sucks which if she had styled my hair I would have known that before I left. I will never go back there and I will tell everyone else to stay away."

"The lady that cut my hair shouldn’t be allowed to cut anybody else’s hair. I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed. It cost me over $35 plus the $20 I paid for the lousy haircut I got with you."

"The lady who did the haircut was nice and did a good job only reason this isn't a 1. The girl with green hair was extremely sexist towards men and was just overall a rude person trying to bring politics and such into conversations for no reason. She also talked trash about her customers and how they wanted their haircut. This did seem to stem from a possible past altercation with someone with the same last name as me because she brought up my last name up in a snarky way when we first went in. No reason to be a terrible person."

"My five Stars go directly to Julie!! She was, by far, the most professional person/stylist in the whole salon. I absolutely love my color and the cut exceeded my expectations! Great job Julie! I will only return to this salon if Julie is my stylist. As for everyone else, including the manager, offered very minimal feedback even when directly solicited. Manger was under stress I get it, but she doesn't need to chastise an employee in front of me, the customer, EVER!! If I had to rate the store itself, well let's just say "It Needs Work"!!"
