"Ordered delivery. Tried to call and double check they got my order right before the driver got there because they have messed it up a couple other times prior. Was waiting for someone to answer the phone for a few minutes before hanging up and having some faith that they would get it right. Wrong. They forgot part of my meal. I tried to call and the lady told me I had to drive to the store to get my food or any sort of refund. She did give me my food and refunded the delivery fee. I was too scared to eat my soup because she probably spit in it. Last time we waste money there."
"Food was on par with Panera but the wait staff was all hiding back in the kitchen area when we arrived. And it took the better part of ten minutes to wait on us. Then the severe shock of the bill was beyond belief, I'm befuddled how two salads and two bowls of soup costs 53 dollars to be sure. All in all it was a good meal but price and service made it a visit I wont return."
"This location has a huge food quality issue. Hopefully someone from corporate sees all the posts and does something about it. Choosing to put old avocado on a Sandwich is despicable - you have a choice and you chose to give me old black avocado. We'll make sure to avoid this location from now on."
"Apparently management doesn’t care! Tables don’t get cleaned, garbage overflowing, men’s bathroom disgusting! Great place to drop 30 bucks and still be hungry. Oh yeah… Had a $9.00 bowl of chicken noodle soup with not a piece of chicken in it. Wipe your feet on the way out."
"went to get some soup because i am sick, ordered a large chicken noodle soup and a small broccoli cheddar mac and cheese. had fantastic service and was so excited. got home and they gave me a small mac and cheese and a large broccoli cheddar soup and now they’re closed. don’t go to this location. we’re gonna go to the brighton panera instead from now on because they don’t mess up my order and act all nice to my face."
