"As a frequent shopper for many years, I was offended to be very, very closely followed around the store. We felt we couldn’t look at anything and were basically ushered out of the store. They have wonderful product, but the customer service is always bad. Will unfortunately not be shopping here again."

"We were so excited to shop downtown, however, this shop had steps to enter and our daughter uses a wheelchair. When I went inside to inquire about alternative entry the gal behind the counter told me “that’s for deliveries only” when I let her know our daughter was in a wheelchair she shrugged her shoulders and said “sorry” and walked away. People standing around were as shocked as I was. Also the lovely owner of the consignment shop across the street couldn’t believe it. While we understand historical building do have limitations this was handled so poorly."
