Shine Bikini

"Nice suit, but very disappointed with service. I first met Camille at a body building convention where I was able to look at and try in a bikini. She was very helpful and made me feel comfortable in going further with renting through them. I did as she said, and sent in my measurements to get the suit altered for fit and be delivered to my home address. As my conpetition grew closer, I emailed several times to learn the status of my order. She told me that I would receive the suit 2-4 weeks before my show. I accepted this even though I knew it would be cutting it close in regards to getting comfortable in the suit and limited time to practice posing. At 4 weeks out i emailed again for confirmation. I was told not to stress and that it would be mailed out the next day. I accepted this and waited a few days before emailing again. Again I was told not to stress and that the suit was in the mail. I waited a couple more days and emailed again. My show was getting closer and closer and I was, in fact, getting very stressed that I had not yet received the suit. Again I was assured "don't stress" it's in the mail. Now my coach was becoming frustrated and also contacted Camille. We requested the tracking number, but were not given the information and were basically blown off. We requested the tracking number multiple times through several emails. Each time only being told it was in the mail. It was now less than a week from my show and after a multitude of emails and phone calls inquiring the suit status, Camille, i felt was becoming quite rude, but finally looked into where the suit was. She informed us that the suit had been sent to another customer who was renting it for a competiton being held AFTER mine. Now I had to depend on that person to send me the suit and hope that it would not only get to me in time, but also not need any alterations. I finally received the suit 5 days before my show. Yes, the suit was pretty, but the service was horrible. On top of that, the cost for rental was outrageous. To have to spend that amount of money and to go through that kind of service is ridiculous! If we had not continuously emailed Camille about the suit status, I would never have received the suit I paid to rent and would not have been able to compete. There was no compensation for their error either. I most certainly will never go through Shine Bikini again and would not recommend them to anyone. Horrible service."
