The store is large, clean, and everything is displayed easy The service was friendly enough, and definitely quick. I appreciate that their online menu is live and actually only shows what they have in stock. I really appreciated the many ounces available for decent prices."
"Honestly, hands down the best customer service experience I have had at any dispensary to date. I’ve been all over the state, tried many different shops and brands. I will return to Lume regardless of deals and prices, based on service alone. On top of that, very high quality products. The Lume liquid diamonds is probably the best cart I’ve ever had, and the only non-distillate cart I’ve experienced to not have problems clogging. Shoutout to Miranda who helped me shop, but also the lady working the front desk. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name. UPDATE: This is the first time I’ve smoked an entire cart without it clogging at all. It never lost potency or flavor, and I didn’t have any problems with it leaking. Maybe this was just a lucky one, but I’m definitely going to continue to buy these now. You can’t beat the quality for the price."
