"I’ve been to Fairlane Mall four times in the last week, Icing was closed every time. Need to hire new management, I called the store a lady answered so why has the store been closed all week? What a waste of business just close the store permanently if you’re that OK with losing customers!!!"
"The two ladies working there were very polite and nice. I was there to get my 15 year old son's ears pierced. They were patient with him because he was nervous. The only problem I had is that the earring that I pointed to and that she read back to me was not the same thing she pierced his ears with and I didn't realize it until we were in the car and it was too late."
