"All 3 of my girls have gotten their ears pierced here, multiple times. No problems with infections whatsoever. The workers thoroughly wipe down the whole desk area, santize their hands, etc. I only gave it 4 stars because ear piercings seem to be kind of expensive!"

"I took my 1 year old to get her ears pierced. Not sure what happened but the back to the earrings was not in place when the piercing gun was removed. That was difficult attempting to get the back on the earrings right after she got them pierced. The next morning when she woke up that same earrings came off and we had to put that back on before it closed. This has happened several times in the last 3 weeks. I don't know if the gun they used malfunctioned or if the back to the earring was even placed in the gun before she was pierced. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Side note. My daughter does not play with her ears at all. The earring came off as she tossed and turned in her crib during the night. Dangerous right.... And to think the earrings could have gotten stuck in her face or head. Wish I would have asked around for opinions first. Good thing is we made sure to clean several times a day with the rapid solution, so no infection..."

"I have collectively gotten 4 piercings at Icing, two cartilage and two lobes. So far every single one has gotten infected. This did not happen when I got my lobes done at Claire's. Do not get your ears pierced here!!"
