I Called to see if I could exchange not refund they told me they couldn’t. Make sure u walk around the whole store in shoes with both feet before purchasing. Definitely won’t shop there any more! you are better off driving to Oakland mall shoe store. The Store is less cluttered and have better variety and also allow exchanges"
