"The store return policy is clearly written on the sign at the counter. Sales receipt. We tried to exchange ok ur coat which was too small in arm length. Nice quality tho. But the cashier was at the counter and told me he could not exchange the coat before even seeing the receipt. After he saw the recipe he then said that we needed the tags... Okay so I had to look around the store for the policy at that point.. after I found the policy I pointed at it this was yesterday morning by the way. I pointed at the sign read it and said as a business person you are not making sense. I asked was he the owner he denied it. I said okay NVM. I said so you won't take the coat. He said coat has a stain and no tag. I said okay so now you are just finding reasons to not take the coat. There was a kid or teen with him kind of blondish hair. I felt like he was just finding a reason to tell us no. When all we wanted was to exchange the coat. Where is the customer service. He started to get elevated and do the most. Where is the owner??? Some one who can make better decisions! Period. Not him. Service was uninviting and rude."
