"Know what you are getting, get in and get out. I ordered two pairs of shoes online because I didn't really know which color I wanted. The store clerk constantly affirmed that I could simply return whichever shoe I want to the store-- wrong! He forgot to mention that products that ship directly from the manufacture are not eligible to be returned in store nor can they be cancelled! Don't be a fool like m, now I have to wait a month to get my return...hopefully..."
