"I generally don’t write reviews or leave bad reviews for that matter, but this store called for it. The manager or whoever he was, rude as hell. Me and my wife spent 45 minutes in the store looking for a shoe for her, none of the employees stopped by, so obviously we had pull the shoe out of rack and try each of them, I was diligent enough to put the shoes back after we tried them, after 40 minutes, we selected what we liked, I think I left 3 boxes back on the bench, I didn’t put them on rack, none of the customers did, for that matter, when we go for billing the manager spots this, walk beside us and checks the shoes we left and asks me put them back on the rack, I did that, I didn’t want to cause a scene there, I am not humiliated that he asked me to put them back, but he singled us out ( maybe because of our ethnicity), i pretty much had put all the shoes back on the rack which we had tried, VERY BAD CUSTOMER INTERACTION skills, even while billing, his demeanor was despicable, Sketchers if you are reading this review, I will definitely re assess this person for his post."
