"I love Aldo shoes and I loved what I bought recently but this review is not about aldo but about the customer experience at this store. I'm not sure I was treated this way because I'm brown or just because the sales representatives felt they didn't wanted to work at all. There was another customer in the store(not brown) being attended by one of the sales representative in a very good manner and then I was waiting for another two representatives who were literally doing nothing but gossiping, I even asked them, one of whom didn't care and the other girl who was busy talking with her colleague finally responded. I asked for some shoes in different size and she got them gave it to me and left again. While on the other side other customer was being treated so nicely and it was a stark difference I felt right there that I was being ignored I don't know for what. N finally I had to glance at the representatives few more times and call them again and again to bill the shoes. It was a horrible experience for me being treated differently cz of my skin color and the funny fact is one sales person was white and other was black but I was mistreated for being brown."
