"I love Culver’s in general so I may be biased. The concrete mixers are so amazingly. I have always loved their chicken tender dipped in the concrete mixer ( yes I’m aware that probably sounds bad but I swear it’s good) or the chicken sandwich or heck even the cheeseburger. Tldr: it’s good!"
"Very disappointed. I know mistakes are made and that's exactly what happened. I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers and condiments, got home and had no bacon on either. Called and they took my name and said they would give me 2 free burgers. Great! I still have the receipt. I go about 3-4 weeks later to get them.....sorry, your name is not in our book, we can't give you anything off your order. Okay, last time you'll see me."
"I ordered 2 kids meal and a fish sandwich, and the quality was not up to par, the grilled cheese was still floppy. My child got the free scoop but he wanted to load that thing up, but the cashier refused and told me to kick rocks. I asked for a plain fish sandwich and they only gave me the fish and no wrapper. Highly disappointed from an iconic establishment. You lost a hard working customer."
"Always good. Worth the little wait when ordering food. Just like any other place, mistakes get made and orders sometimes aren't correct, but they always fix it immediately without hesitation. Two scoop turtle sundae is my go to!"
