"I had admired Caryl’s work for quite a while and was excited to find out she had opening at the Fort Wayne Tattoo Convention. I was hoping to get a single flower tattoo approx 2”x2”. I sent my deposit on a Tuesday and tested positive for Covid that Thursday (three days before scheduled tattoo appt). I immediately contacted Caryl to let her know I couldn’t come and instead of her rescheduling me or returning my deposit, she said she could mail me the stencil. She herself told me early on that she doesn’t duplicate other artist’s work… I don’t know of any other artist that would either. I value other people’s time; however, if they aren’t able to reschedule their client and complete a service, the deposit should be refunded. It’s just bad business in my opinion. Don’t get sick or have a emergency come up when booking with Caryl, unless you don’t mind throwing $100 out the door."
