"Called on Friday to get my daughter's ears pierced. Guy on phone was really nice and said he could schedule her for 10am the next morning. She was so excited, only to show up to an empty shop. We tried calling and calling, but no one was there. Definitely let down a little girl that was super excited about this experience. Still have not received a call back as of 3 days later. Would not recommend."
