"I just start going to this location because they have a bigger selection then the location near me. I assume the short woman with the hat is the manager and she seems to be pretty dedicated to the job and seems to care. However one person cannot do it all. The sales associates are a little under mediocre. But then young lady with the braids is very lackadaisical and seems reluctant to help if you are buying cheap shoes. The lighter skinned young lady with the big eyes and weave doesn't seem to care at all will even take a personal phone call while on the register with a customer and her eagerness to help is about on par with the other young lady doesn't seem to be too interested unless you are buying expensive shoes or spending lots of money. I guess Shoes sell themselves but it would be nice to have a little bit of professionalism wow you shop. Possibly there needs to be more training or just a recognization that every job isn't for everybody. I like this location because of the available selection but I think it's probably best if I stick to the one nearest me and just shop online."
