"Very slow to assist customers. Was in line with 5 other customers and 2 cashiers open. One cashier finished her customer looked at the line and walked away leaving one cashier open. This is my second visit with the same issue. Waited in line for 20 minutes. Will not shop here anymore."

"Has a great selection of boots and shoes, however even some marked wide calf still run a bit narrow in actual foot size. Not many available in sizes over 8. Friendly staff and clean location. Prices are moderate!"
"I have been a DSW customer over decade. Today when I shopped at DSW store in Novi, MI. My 4 years old kid needed to use bathroom, the store staff rejected to give us the password access to the bathroom, saying the bathroom is not open to public. What a joke! I was going to buy a few pairs of boots. Because of such a bad experience, I decided not to give my business to DSW anymore."
"Pretty decent location. Plenty of select but limited larger women size shoes in stock. Not purchased, other stores (not DSW) are on the same trend. Plus I didn't want to deal with mall traffic during memorial day weekend."
