"If you like an absolutely packed bar. This place is for you. If you also like a dead empty bar, this is also for you. Me and our buddies play pool here and grab drinks on the weekends and enjoy a less crowded bar. However, during events or games, it can often be a bit packed. The bartenders are great, and the owner is very xhill."

"The New Place Lounge is well known in the city of Dearborn, it has been there for over 40 years, and is still owned by the same family, they’re know for live music and a great atmosphere. Every time I am there I enjoy my evening listening to the music and catching up with old friends."

"A nice bar with that old time feels to it, don’t expect any glitz and glam. Bartender provided amazing service, we were there drinking for a few hours and never once had to ask for beer, very attentive. Even gave us a round on the house! Will always visit when I’m near!!!"

"I love how this place has its original charm but it could use a good cleaning/bleaching in baths and a few repairs. We met some friends here for music and ordered a hamburger, cheeseburger, chicken tenders and fries. Everything came out hot and fresh, the hamburgers were cooked perfect and were juicy and flavorful. The hamburgers came with a condiment tray but the waitress told us she didn’t know if they had any pickles left, so our tray did not have any. Later our friends received pickles on their tray. It seems there was only one ketchup bottle because the waitress kept moving it between three different tables. We had mixed drinks and for $6 for a 7&7 we feel that is pricey, even with music. Our waitress was friendly and prompt with her service but needed to cover her upper undergarments, just looked tacky. All in all we had a good time with our friends and enjoyed our food."
