"I'm an out of state visitor and was excited to experience a barbershop with such a high rating. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the customer service. I arrived before the opening time of 10 am and tried calling when no one opened the door. I tried the door again at 1007 and an employee stated he was closed and only appointments were scheduled. Google shows the shop information but no where does it state "only by appointment on Sundays.""
"I really enjoy going to this barber shop, which is owned and operated by Mohammad. He is very professional and only takes appointments, which offers flexibility to his customers. He takes his time to cut hair and engages in friendly conversation while offering additional services at reasonable prices. I appreciate the clean environment and the attention to detail provided by Mohammad. I have been a customer for over three years and the customer service has always been excellent.
