"This is no longer a store front but a kiosk in the mall. Prior photos are not accurate. They still have a decent size selection of animals, but only a couple of clothing options now."
"Make sure you call before heading to the store! I arrived early and then spent over a half hour after opening waiting around only to be told that no one had any clue when or if they would open. I ended up having to drive out to Troy to get what I needed. A sign at the kiosk would be super helpful!"
"The staff is so sweet and so understanding. I took my son for his birthday bear and I loved our experience. The kids enjoyed it and that's what really matters. I do wish they still had a building instead of the kiosk. But I'm sure we will be back soon regardless."
