About the Business
Final Gravity Brewing Company is a family-owned institution located in Decatur, Michigan, with a second location in Kalamazoo. Founded in 2014 by Kevin and Michael Christensen, this brewery has quickly become a favorite in Southwest Michigan. They are known for their high-quality, innovative beers that cater to a variety of tastes, from light beers to heavy IPAs and stouts. In addition to their custom brews, Final Gravity also offers wine, cider, and hard-seltzers, with local spirits soon to be available at their new Stillhouse in Decatur. "Nice little brewery in downtown Decatur. My buddy and I sat outside on a beautiful Friday afternoon and enjoyed a couple of their tasty brews and sandwiches. The waitress was excellent and the rest of the staff was friendly and informative. They were setting up the patio area for a concert to be held later that evening. The inside of the place is small but was quite full of patrons. The only drawback is the traffic noise, otherwise five stars."
"Whens the last time you made a sandwich with one peice of bacon? Come try your first with the jalapeño bomb. Only 14$ for tons of jalapeños, cheese and a single peice of bacon! Can YOU stomach it? I couldn't. But they didn't ask. So I'm telling YOU! I have nothing to compare this to other then a BLT and if you gave me a BLT with one peice of bacon. Well ide never order that again. So obviously, im never ordering that again. Maybe this business should ask how the food was after serving it. Or even just return to the table within a few minutes of food drop off. There's a million improvements you could make, but I'm really astonished you consider that a sandwich. 1 peice of bacon. = 1 star Mmmmmmmm"
"This is a neat little brewery with some creative beers. Their stout is excellent. The inside is very small, but they have a decently sized patio with an outside bar. Definitely worth checking out!"
"Visited Final Gravity for the first time last night and had a great time...the pizza and brews were fantastic! A very inviting atmosphere...enjoyed meeting the owners (Kevin and Trina), as well as the outstanding service from Amanda. The regulars are friendly too...thanks for the beer Flint...I got you the next time I am there! I highly recommend this hidden gem in Decatur, MI."
