"It used to be that you could go into any of your stores and you found that the associates knew what they were talking about in regards to the products and now all of them have tattoo's all over their bodies, nose rings and could care less about educating themselves on the products that they're selling so maybe it's time to start supporting the smaller family run co-ops !"

"I would avoid this family farm and home at all costs! I purchased a push lawnmower that over heated and had issues from the start and store manager Chris Sutton told me to bring it back in so I did and he took it to the back then came back and said its fine, and I said no, its not it overheats can you exchange it? and he said no, I don't have another one, so I said ok, then can you just return it? and he again said No! We can't return them if they have gas and oil in them, I said when I took it home from here it had oil and gas it! and he admitted that they put gas and oil in them when the assembled it, still he absolutely refused to return it, I seriously felt like I just bought something used off craigslist and it was junk and the scammer was refusing to return my money! I continued to tell him I thought it looked used when i bought it, and he said, "come here!" so I followed him over to the mowers and he flipped over another push mower on its top and yelled, "Does this looked used to you?!" I was shocked that a store manager was acting like that, clearly he has anger issues. I called the Cadillac store branch and told them what he did, and Courtney said bring it over here and I'll return it for you, so I did, and got all my money back. So, not all of the family farm and home stores are bad. Thankfully I got my money back. I sent an email to both the corporate office and talked to the district manager, and they are talking to him. So, just a heads up warning about this branch and the manager Chris Sutton."
