"I took my 2017 Ram to Total Tire to do some brake work and diagnose an issue I was feeling in the front drivers side. Greg took care of my brakes same day & explained that what I was feeling & as silly as it sounds, showed me a diagram as he explained what the issue was - I’m certainly not an idiot- however, I am not not going to pretend I know what I’m being told about certain things because I am not a mechanic. Seeing what he was explaining made me understand completely without feeling like I was dumb. We made an appointment for the work to be done and as they got into it, found a few other issues. Greg called right away, explained what he was seeing, the cost almost doubled what I had planned to pay- but- everything was explained, we were even called in to the shop to look at it with him so we could see exactly what he was seeing. It’s one of the only times I felt as though I wasn’t getting ripped off because I was a girl. The knowledge in conjunction with how it was explained made me trust that I was being taken care of honestly. That doesn’t happen often for me. I will faithfully give my business to someone local and trustworthy, even if it costs a little more- That peace of mind makes a huge difference & I’d recommend the team at Total Tire because they took care of something I depend on everyday to keep me & my family safe on the roads."

"I'm a former London Bus mechanic, so am pretty picky. We were on a road trip of a couple of thousand miles when I spotted that we had a slow puncture on my truck. There were a few tire repair shops in the area we were driving though but I'm glad I choose Total Tire & Auto. Called, got a appointment at exactly when I needed it, turned up and was taken care of immediately. The staff are lovely, welcoming and very communicative about the work they plan to do and about how it turns out - which is always important, even if the task is relatively simple. These folks are everything you want from a mechanic's shop - and that isn't common any more. Take your vehicles here - even if it isn't your closest place. Oh and I loved it so much I bought a tee-shirt."
