"We have purchased many arrangements over the years and this was awful. We asked for stargazers and lilac roses. She said, "I might have lilac roses, we'll see". We were fine with no lilac roses but expected the stargazers. I am an avid gardener and know flowers. I walked in and could not believe the condition of the flowers for 164.00 dollars, but I was grieving as I just lost my sister and wanted a bouquet for my mother so we took them. I was too tired to argue about not having stargazers in the bouquet. The flowers lasted 4 days and 75% of the bouquet was wilted by day 2. She never gave us food with the bouquet (which we always get with arrangements, especially when we are spending this kind of money), and was not very kind when I was trying to tell her what we wanted. She knew we were from out of state, which made us wonder if she was treating us poorly because of that and just giving us whatever was laying around, but I am born and raised in Upper Michigan. We'll never shop here again."
