"I thought my hair looked fine, but that was when I didn't have my glasses on. I almost wanted to cry from the lady brushing my hair, they did me dirty. When I asked for layers, my hair looked like a pile of twigs, my bangs were crooked and looked like a steep diagonal tree struck by lightning. Don't go here if your a girl. I'm embarrassed to go to school tomorrow."

"Absolute worst hair cut experience ever. After the app said I had 1 minute left of waiting I was still waiting 20 minutes later. The two ladies who worked today (9/3) had no idea whatsoever how to work the scheduling and computers. After I finally was up, my basic trim and fade on the side took upwards of 1.5 hours. The lady who cut my hair reeked of cigarettes, was leaning over me to cut the top of my head and had horrible smelling breath. Two different times she soaked my entire head letting water drip down my neck into my shirt and all over down my face. When she was coming the back of my head she was using so much pressure I have red marks 3 hours later (photo attached). I have never had such a basic hair cut take so long. At the end I had to stop her because I had other things to do today and it was already taking so long. I understand being new in an industry (that seems the only logical explanation for all of her actions) but there needs to be some kind of standard met. Can’t just hire anybody that shows up with clippers in their hands. Extremely disappointed and will never ever go back."
