"First time i came here, front desk guy was really friendly and helpful. I gave some clothing to be adjusted and gave a template for exact sizes to make it easy. My hope was I found a good tailor for more clothes to be altered. The Tailor ignored the template and adjustment did not fit right. I took it anyway, hoping it would be okay. When I returned for correction, front desk guy was not in. Tailor was defensive and argumentative. Begrudgingly, the tailor made some more adjustments, but again ignoring the template. I’m no expert in clothes but size is size. All i wanted was the same size as the template. The fit is better now, but after the way this went, i think I need to keep looking for a tailor."

"10/10, highly recommend! I would rate 6 stars if I could! Mo and Chi are more than accommodating, such kind people, and do such amazing work. They truly make you feel like family. Chi, (the seamstress), is a straight up miracle worker. Very attentive to detail, takes pride in her work, and does an amazing job. I have had a total of 3 dresses worked on at this location; 2 bridesmaids dresses, and my Casablanca wedding dress. My wedding dress required A LOT of work (10 layers!), (more work than I anticipated), but I had my final dress fitting last week, and it looks like a custom dress, fits perfectly, and the bustle is AMAZING (thank you SO much)! Every dress they have worked on has been wonderful, zero complaints. Thank you for all your hard work you do here, it does not go unnoticed. You all are great and I look forward to seeing you soon for any future alterations. Thank you again! "
"I needed to help my cousin from out of town get a suit for a family emergency and funeral. We were on our way to Men's Wearhouse, who didn't have a tailor on staff for our needs for almost 2 weeks out! On the way we called Oxford tailor, as we noticed it passing by and Mo took GREAT care of us in a pinch! He was awesome! EVEN OFFERED TO STAY later... Within 15 to 20 minutes, we had a suit picked out tailored and we were out the door! I would highly recommend them!"
