"First time having the sliders. They were only $1 when ordering on the app. I just wanted something small. I got a Buffalo Chicken and a jalapeño roast beef slider. Filled me up and didn’t cost much. I would have a hard time paying regular price due to their smaller size, but I might because they were great."
"Put someone at the counter that doesn't wear a mask. Can't understand half what that lady said, if she so scared of germs she doesn't need to be up front near customers or if she feels sick doesn't need to be taking the chance of spreading her illness"
"I had placed an order expecting my food to be warm considering the restaurant was not more than 3-5 minutes away. To my surprise the food was not only cold, but also missing the side of cheese sauce that I had to pay for. They not only didn’t make any accommodations for my inconveniences they had told me to come in for just the cheese sauce, which is yet another inconvenience. They also didn’t answer and then hung up on me when I tried calling the first time. Not only would I not recommend the delivery, but the entire restaurant as a whole. That chocolate shake was mid. -0000 stars. Total waste of time and money."
"Whoever was working the drive thru at around 7:45pm on 10/5/2023 is the absolute GOAT of customer service. I will stop at this Arby's just to see if this guy will be there to take my order. Very polite and extremely helpful."
