"Workers are stereotyping black customers as thieves. I really wanted to buy shoes but one of the workers almost tripped and fell on the floor to watch my every move. I felt uncomfortable and left. They didn’t deserve my money. It was a white family in there shopping but none of the workers paid attention to them so I’m sure they had a wonderful experience. Do not buy from this store while being black."
"I went in for a pair of work boots. I found the boots section, found my size, tried them on, took them to the cashier, she asked " did you find everything you need" I said yes, paid the bill and left. The store was clean and safe. No help offered when I walked in or while I tried on two different styles and found my size."
"Good staff very helpful and honest. Took my wife here to look for work shoes she wanted Nikes. The staff member pointed out a cheaper pair of work shoes told us why the cheaper ones( actual work shoes non-slip bottoms and comfortable inserts) would be better for her standing job. They did not have her size but we could order them. Clean store great display of product."
"I love the deals i get on shoes/boots for my daughter. The only bad thing about this location is, i noticed that the employees tend to stalk black people while they are shopping. I feel like its okay to ensure loss prevention but it needs to be equal for all races. also if theft is that serious, they might want to consider security tags so people can feel comfortable shopping without being stalked."
