"Had the same experience as another reviewer. There was no explanation given when I asked why they couldn’t use a reusable mug. This seems crazy to me, it’s 2024! How backwards it seems. I don’t know if it was as a result of my questioning but the coffee I got was scalding hot, burn your tongue hot. Disappointing visit."
"I love Biggby, but won't be going back to this location. Staff were unfriendly and for some reason they wouldn't explain, they won't allow you to use reusable mugs (even ones they sell in the store). I will say service was very fast and the food was good quality."
"Had a good cup of flavored coffee over ice. It didn't have a bitter taste, which some of the other coffee house have, even with all the syrup they put in it. I'd like to try a cup of regular coffee to see what it tastes like."
