"Great quality furniture, higher prices. Costumer service was OK at best. We came in and were greeted promptly, showed the furniture we wanted to look at, then left to fend for ourselves. I guess it was because we were dressed in t-shirts, shorts amd crocs. Must not have looked like we had money to spend. To bad for them, we ended up going to slumberland in benton harbor, Michigan where we got excellent service and great deals. You lost out on $4600.00 in sales Imperial."

"We looked everywhere for our living room seating (Taslma, Klingman's, etc.) This little place off the beaten path is worth the drive. The building is a bit sad - but be brave and go in! When they ask if they can help you, you must say "yes, please" because that is why you came here. You won't be disappointed by this family-run business. They are kind, take the time to understand your needs, work with you in fabric selection (we spent hours here and took a ton of samples home), and help you order when the factory is having a sale. When our sofas were delivered, we felt as though the cushions were firmer than we expected, so they came back and picked up the cushions and brought them to the factory for rework, and then delivered them back to our house. Who does that?"
"We were treated wonderfully at this beautiful store! The man who helped us got a recliner from the back and even sat in it for us as we were picking out a chair for my father-in-law to recover in after heart surgery and the salesman was about his build and height! He obliged and helped us load it onto our truck! Great place for people who aren't too good to ask for help if they don't get to you before you are ready. They are very nice, helpful people!"
