"I had a last minute haircut/walk in and the owner took excellent care of me. By far the best barber in town."
"I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment (as I do for ALL appointments out of respect) and my barber showed up 15 minutes late, with no explanation or apology. Add to that, the price of the cut was higher than anywhere else in town. The cut was good, but the price, barber's lateness without an apology, and the fact that there was no discount offered to make it right really soured the experience."
"The young man who gave me my haircut listened to what I wanted, and he nailed it! It was a bad winter day cold and snow blowing around. He was leaving for the day, but he stayed and took me as his last haircut before going home. The cut was not rushed and he paid attention to detail. I did not have an appointment, but he stayed and helped me anyway. I had an interview for a new job in the morning and a last-minute haircut was needed. I'll be going back for future haircuts."

Going to a new barber can be stressful since you never know what to expect, but Ismael delivered above and beyond. First, he got me in within 24 hours which was amazing. Then, when I sat down for my cut, instead of jumping straight into business he got to know me a little bit, asked me about myself, shared some photos of his family. It instantly put me at ease, and from that moment on we had a great conversation while he cut my hair. On top of all that, the cut itself turned out to be one of the best I've ever had. "My eight year old son wanted a haircut with a design. He's starting to care what he looks like. Lol. He also has some minor sensory issues and has trouble sitting completely still. Everyone here was very friendly and they even had a video game for him to play during our short wait. Ismael cut his hair and was very patient with him and did a great job. My son had lots of questions about the hair products and stuff and he just answered him politely and moved on. My son loves his new haircut and said he wants to go back again! Definitely a win for us!"
