"Bear with me - there’s a lot to say so I’ll try to make it succinct. Pros : The salesperson - Megan - a gem. She was kind, as efficient as she was able to be and worked with us to find the best car for our needs. She also was helpful in getting us the best deal and the most perks she could find. The car - 2015 Jeep Cherokee - a beautiful olive color, low miles, affordable price. Heated seats, heated steering wheel, minor cosmetic damage. Jerks a little bit from 1st to 2nd gear when the engine is warming up and the weather is cold - which we weren’t able to tell from the test drive as it was warming up for us when we arrived. Not an issue in the warm weather, but concerning for next winter. The process - we came in around 9 AM and were out with paperwork signed and title in hand by about 2 PM. There were some bumps along the road, but our financing* was approved quickly. Cons : The financing - as it turns out, what was approved quickly wasn’t actually complete. Due to paperwork mishaps, our lien holder retroactively denied our loan and I had to get a change of address in order to re-process it. This caused us to miss our first payment and was a headache of a day. The state of the car - while the Jeep is a beauty, I was explicitly told it was rust-free. It is my failure that I didn’t verify this more closely before purchasing. There is indeed rust inside of the back-driver’s side door and there is rust within the wheel wells. This isn’t the end of the world - but it is extremely disappointing to feel mishandled and lied to, even about a small thing. Conclusion : The team is great, the cars are nice, the prices are reasonable. There is no room to negotiate which is unfortunate, but understandable. I would recommend this dealership 100% - just be sure to fact check everything they tell you."
