"Not the worst but she a beautiful person she just needs more experience they advertise they use tweezers to make sure all hairs are removed. She never used any tweezers. There was a patch of hair that was not removed from my Brazilian a patch hair that were still there, and even my under arms have stray hairs that are still there, sugaring is supposed to be an less painful and healthier way of hair removal kind of experience. It was to me more painful than Waxing and I believe that was due to her not being as experienced. I believe the company should advise customers that their rep is new so they can make a decision as to if they want that rep to service them. Because when they have a bad experience or not as pleasurable experience, they’ll understand why. She kept telling me my hairs come off so easily but yet she kept going over certain areas. I now know if you are have a tech going over the same area tell them to stop because as a result when I used the restroom lady part burning I never had burning after wax I have had a skin tear when waxing but not on my lady part. so I won’t be using the same person. I may try it again with the more seasoned rep and if I don’t like the experience behind that, then sugaring is not for me! Respectfully!"
"This was my 1st experience doing any type of professional body waxing and I was extremely nervous going into it. However all of the staff made me feel very at ease. Chelsea was the esthetician i was with and she was great! Very sweet, considerate, understanding, and just made my painful experience as "painless" as possible."
